Required information
We require your full name and address. Further information (allergies, etc.) will be requested during the booking process.
Payment
A deposit of 25% of the total price is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance is due 1 month before the trip. Credit card payments are subject to fees.
Booking confirmation
The booking will be confirmed upon receipt of all the above information and the deposit. You will receive a written confirmation from us (by email or WhatsApp).

If we have to cancel the trip, you will of course receive a full refund of the trip price.
Additional conditions
We reserve the right to change the itinerary in the event of unsuitable weather conditions (e.g. sandstorms, floods, etc.).
We expect all customers to voluntarily disclose any health issues (mental or physical) that could affect the trip. If this is not done in advance, we reserve the right to exclude participants from the trip at any time at their own expense and without refund.
We reserve the right to exclude any participant from the tour without refunding the tour price if we believe that their behaviour jeopardises the safety or enjoyment of the rest of the group, the crew or the animals.
Late arrival of participants may result in exclusion from the trip (in the case of a group trip) or omission from planned activities without refund in order to keep to the schedule for the rest of the trip.
